Do you do emergency repairs?
Emergency repairs are carried out for existing clients, when practical.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Deposit not required, but interim payment is required at the end of each working week, to be agreed.

Are you registered with any trade bodies?
Guild of Master Craftsmen.

Do you want tea or coffee?
All refreshments and snacks are accepted with the utmost gratitude.

Will you fit a bathroom/kitchen I have bought or do I have to use you to buy it?
We will fit anything that the client requires or provides. However, we would advise not to order from internet sites. We have experienced issues with damaged and missing parts, resulting in major hold ups to the project. We can pass on trade prices on certain fixtures and fittings.

Do I have to be in when the work is done?
No need to be in when work is done. We normally hold the key to clients' property.

Do you sub-contract work out?
We do not subcontract work out, but do occasionally bring in a third party to assist. Such as electricians and gas engineers.

Are you VAT registered?
No, we therefore request the client to occasionally pay suppliers direct, to keep our turnover below the VAT threshold.

Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes. 5 million pounds. Plus Employees insurance and PAYE registration.
